What is the dress code?

The dress code for the ceremony is formal wear. We expect (& hope) it to be warm so lightweight suit for men and comfy cocktail dress for women.

Are children welcome?

Yes - most definitely! Please reach out to us directly if you plan on bringing children with you. We can help with necessary arrangements i.e. food & on-site babysitter.

Will parking be available at the venue?

Yes - there is plenty of space for parking assuming you choose to drive on the ceremony day. Alternatively, there are taxis available in the surrounding areas you can book.

What time should I arrive?

Arrive on Friday, at your own leisure. We will plan to meet for drinks/food around 7pm in the local village.

On the day of the ceremony, please arrive at the chateau, by 1:30pm.

How do I get to the venue?

Chateau Plombis is around 1hr from Toulouse Airport. We recommend hiring a car for the weekend. The address for the chateau is: Plombis, 82400 Castelsagrat, France

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

We ask you not to take photos, during the ceremony itself. However, feel free to take as many photos as you wish during the rest of the day & share these with us!

What will the weather be like?

Chateau Plombis is located in the “Quercy Blanc” - an area of Southwest France. The area is often called the French Tuscany. September is still a warm month in CastelsagratFrance, with temperatures in the range of an average high of 24.9°C and an average low of 13.6°C. You may wish to bring a jacket or something warm for the evening as our wedding will primarily be held outdoors.

Where do you recommend staying?

There are a number of hotels, gites, cottages and Airbnbs located nearby the venue. We have hand-picked a list of suitable accommodation for you here.
